“A large group of us stayed in the lodge. It was absolutely perfect! It has wonderful facilities, activity areas, and is so well-equipped with anything you could need. There is lots of space for everyone to do their own thing, or be altogether. The setting is so tranquil- incredible views and lovely walks from the doorstep. We followed a suggested walk across the field, and ended up with a beautiful view of the whole of Loch Tay! It’s not far to drive though if you want to pop into the village or go out for something to eat. We were made to feel so welcome, and Jo had anticipated everything we might need. It’s tricky finding the right accommodation for bigger groups, but I am so glad we found the lodge- it gave us one of those unforgettable trips that will stay with us all for years to come. I really can’t recommend it enough, it’s a pretty special place.”

“We had a great few days celebrating New Year as 6 families who met at Bible College. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for everybody to spread out, but also for us to be altogether in the dining room and living room for games and devotions. The games hall was a big hit for all the kids and teenagers. The views were stunning and many enjoyed a loony dook in the loch on the first. Snow added great excitement to our stay too.”

Richard, Jo and family were excellent and friendly, venue was great and felt welcoming and homely – amazing view from the lounge! Excellent facilities for us to cook, clean and plan our walk. Great location for exploring, I cycled around the whole loch and over into other valleys and villages (Kenmore and Killin) – great amenities (Pub!) there.

Richard even sorted me a dry space to store my bike!

We brought a group of Ukrainian refugees and this place was truly a special time for everyone. The warm friendly atmosphere and beautiful scenery were just what we needed. The facilities were fantastic as was the bonfire laid on for us and the rooms are a great standard for any group trip. We found it easy to cater using the commercial kitchen and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

We stayed at Our Place Loch Tay from 25 May to 30 2026 May with a group of 32 people. The lodge was spacious, clean, and very well equipped for a large group. The location by Loch Tay was beautiful, with amazing views and plenty of space for activities. The facilities were excellent, and everyone had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
